Patch Replacement: If chemotherapy is delayed or canceled or your patient’s patch falls completely off, we may be able to help obtain a replacement patch.

Contact Free Solutions: Access SANCUSO by e-prescribing through a specialty pharmacy based on your patient’s individual insurance to have SANCUSO sent directly to your patient’s home.
Prior Authorization in 3 Easy Steps
- Enroll: Download and complete the enrollment request form and gather together any clinical documents along with insurance card copies. These materials can be provided by clicking the Enroll Today button below and completing the quick submission upload form or by emailing hubservices@healix.net.
- Track: Receive status updates of your prior authorization and approvals via e-mail or fax updates at your request.
- Fulfill: Once approved, the SANCUSO you prescribe based on your patient’s insurance can be shipped directly to your patient’s home, your practice, or dispensed from the pharmacy of your choice.
With Patient Rx Solutions, your patients could save up to $300 per patch on SANCUSO after paying the first $20 per prescription (maximum $1200 per month for 4 or more patches)
